We recently stayed at Pinnacle Port 7/17-7/22. It was our first time back in many years and our first time staying in the Tower. The condo was quite nice. Clean, comfortable, well equipped, with a terrific view of the ocean and the bay. In the past, we always stayed in the out buildings because the Tower is a little more hassle. But wherever you stay, Pinnacle Port is worth every minute. Our kids grew up coming here. We always felt they were safe. Now, we have the joy of bringing the grandkids! Definitely a wonderful family vacation spot!

This was our first stay at pinnacle port. We usually stay in carillon which is in the same gated community. Pinnacle port was great. Our room was nice and remodeled. Great amenities in this resort. Kids can ride there bikes around and play basketball. I would definitely recommend staying here.

First time to this location of the gulf. The condo was a beautiful two story setup with views off the patio that were breath taking. The wifi was funny that it it was only available in the master bedroom and kitchen, but encourage to not use . All the amenities to eat within the condo available and if you wanted to pick up food, there was restaurants within the secured subdivision. Definitely recommend to stay here even in October. Rough waters greeted us, but gorgeous sand and many shells for the picking entertained us. Carts for luggage available, elevators were quick, and always personnel seen sweeping walkways, emptying trash, or moving the fans to keep the floors dry in the entrance way. Definitely recommend.
The specific unit we stayed in was very nice and well-kept. It was nice being so close to the beach and having the option to be in a pool that is partially covered. However it was very disappointing that there was a constant smell in all of the hallways and on all of the floors of the trash. It should be picked up more from the dumpster because the smell was overwhelming. Also there was a hole in the ceiling in the hallway and they were constantly doing work on it but it wasn’t finished. Also the big HVAC unit in the parking lot I was loud and took up too much space. The overall complex was not as nice as I was hoping it would be. Especially being in such a lovely area of Carrillon Beach.
