This is a gorgeous updated, beachy 2 bedroom Town Home Style Condo, with amazing views. The living room has a gulf view, 55 inch flat screen TV, DVD player, two cozy chairs, sofa sleeper, and a recliner! The dining table is a beachy wood look that compliments the whole downstairs. The kitchen is spacious and white, with tons of cabinetry and nice tile back splash. This condo is unique, in that the stairs open to the living room, creating an open floor plan and much larger feel. Upstairs in the guest room are two twin beds and a flat screen TV. Hall bath has a tiled shower. The Master Bedroom has a flat screen TV with a queen bed, full bathroom and beautiful custom built-in cabinetry. You will also find that this unit offers USB Outlets throughout for charging cell phones etc. as well as gamer cables for those who may want to take in some gaming time in the evenings. It even offers Coastline views from the master bedroom. This is a really nice, colorful, comfortable condo!
Pinnacle Port is a gated community with its own boat ramp and boat docks leading out to pristine Lake Powell (the State of Florida's largest coastal dune lake), bocce ball, pickle ball, shuffleboard, tennis courts, basketball court, grills on each end of the property and two pools. Pinnacle Port is a short distance to dining and shopping on 30A and at Pier Park. At Pinnacle Port, you have the best of both worlds. Conveniently located 2.4 miles (4 minute drive) from 30A, yet still 8 miles (14 minute drive) to Pier Park! Why pay higher 30A prices when you can stay with us for a fraction of the cost and still enjoy everything the beaches have to offer!

We had an excellent stay. We were traveling with 3 teens and a grandma. The condo was perfect size with the pull out couch and twin beds. It was also great having 2.5 bathrooms. We loved the views from both balconies. The pool and snack bar were perfect and hopefully she will get her alcohol liscense and have bands in the deck. The location was perfect next to many restaurants and activities.

the only thing that could ruin your stay at pinnacle port is the weather! pinnacle port has been home away from home for me and my family for several years now. we refuse to stay anywhere else! the privacy of pinnacle port isn't something you can get just anywhere for the affordable prices at pinnacle port!!!

This condo, beds, kitchen, bathrooms, laundry & kitchen were fantastic. Easy in and out, everything was there we needed. Parking directly by the door too. Very clean, spacious and kid friendly.

Wonderful time with my hubby, brother and SIL. Awesome weather, beautiful skies, sunrise and sunsets. A much needed time away just to reflect and rest. The condo was very clean and decor was very nice. Wonderful view of sunset. Extreme thanks to Janet in the office for all her help.
WE stayed here over 5 years and have never experienced a problem and have had a great time and GREAT sunsets.
