This is a 2 bdr. 2.5 bath Town Home Style Gulf Front condo. This is a beautifully decorated condo with an upgraded kitchen and half bath on the main level. The balcony faces the gulf. The master features an en-suite bath, lake view balcony, and queen bed with very nice bedding. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, also with high quality bedding. Sofa sleeper in living room. Max of 6 people.
Pinnacle Port is a gated community with its own boat ramp and boat docks leading out to pristine Lake Powell (the State of Florida's largest coastal dune lake), bocce ball, pickle ball, shuffleboard, tennis courts, basketball court, grills on each end of the property and two pools. Pinnacle Port is a short distance to dining and shopping on 30A and at Pier Park. At Pinnacle Port, you have the best of both worlds. Conveniently located 2.4 miles (4 minute drive) from 30A, yet still 8 miles (14 minute drive) to Pier Park! Why pay higher 30A prices when you can stay with us for a fraction of the cost and still enjoy everything the beaches have to offer!

Everything was great! The only thing I would have to say is that the shower liner in the master bath needed to be replaced as it had mold on it.

This was our first time staying here and we loved it!! My only complaint is they need a ramp to get down to the beach. When you have a toddler, wagon, tent, etc. it’s hard with the stairs. Other than that 5 stars in my book

Nice view and great beach. Convenient to grocery stores. Short drive to restaurants either in 30A area or Panama City Beach area. PCB Pier is a nice walk at sunset.

Our condo was ready 5 hours art and after a 17 hour drive we were so thrilled!! It’s such a great property and perfect for relaxation. The only thing I wish they had was more scheduled activities for the kids.
Our vacation rental was wonderful! We enjoyed the unit. It was clean, attractive, well stocked, and well located. We enjoyed the balcony view of the ocean, and the close proximity to the indoor pool.
