Townhome condo located on the 7th floor with a breathtaking coastal view from the living room. A spectacular view of Powell Lake / Camp Helen State Park from the master bedroom balcony. This 2 bedroom 2.5 bath condo is a comfortable and cozy place to stay and relax during your beach vacation. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed and its own private bathroom. The second bedroom has an amazing gulf view with a queen-sized bed, and built-in bunk beds (outlet/usb plug-in for each bunk bed). A "pack 'n play" style crib is also available.
Come stay at our condo. It is a little slice of heaven and the best of everything. It is perfectly nestled in between the 30A and Panama City Beach. In a short drive, you can play tourist, shop at Pier Park, explore the 30A or just stay on the beach. Fun for everyone!
Pinnacle Port is a gated community with its own boat ramp and boat docks leading out to pristine Lake Powell (the State of Florida's largest coastal dune lake), bocce ball, pickle ball, shuffleboard, tennis courts, basketball court, grills on each end of the property and two pools. Pinnacle Port is a short distance to dining and shopping on 30A and at Pier Park. At Pinnacle Port, you have the best of both worlds. Conveniently located 2.4 miles (4 minute drive) from 30A, yet still 8 miles (14 minute drive) to Pier Park! Why pay higher 30A prices when you can stay with us for a fraction of the cost and still enjoy everything the beaches have to offer!

Pinnacle Port is in THE best beach location...close to the all the fun spots but the beach is not crazy crowded. The condo was chic and well appointed. If we didn't want sand in our toes, there were two great pools with Gulf views. The vibe was relaxed vacay without the "touristy" feel. We will definitely go back AND refer friends!!!

We love staying in Unit A 708. The owners had installed some upgrades from last year (new refrigerator, new Directv, new wifi, new king bed) and the unit is well stocked. Wish we could stay one more month!!

Pinnacle Port is such a fun, family friendly place to stay. We have been here the past 3 years in a row, and never had a bad experience. Our room had every thing we needed for the week, including things for the beach. Great views from both balconies! Highly recommend!

Breathtaking views were beyond what I expected! Clean, comfortable, and resort staff very helpful and freindly!
This is our third year staying in 708 and we love it. Its height in the tower gives us a fantastic view of the ocean and great morning sun on the balcony. The unit is very clean on check in and we try to leave it that way so owners will let us return. We also like the bedrooms upstairs since we have different sleep habits. Try it out-you will love it!
