There is a queen bed in the master bedroom , There is 1 double bed and 1 twin bed in guest bedroom. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Home stereo with CD player, AM/FM stereo and cassette player. New large color flatscreen cable TV and DVD/CD/VCR in living room, New large flat screen TV's and DVD player in each bedroom.
Pinnacle Port is a gated community with its own boat ramp and boat docks leading out to pristine Lake Powell (the State of Florida's largest coastal dune lake), bocce ball, pickle ball, shuffleboard, tennis courts, basketball court, grills on each end of the property and two pools. Pinnacle Port is a short distance to dining and shopping on 30A and at Pier Park. At Pinnacle Port, you have the best of both worlds. Conveniently located 2.4 miles (4 minute drive) from 30A, yet still 8 miles (14 minute drive) to Pier Park! The view from the balcony cannot be better! However, the condo needs major upgrades. The bedding was stained, not enough washcloths, two of the closet doors were broken, air filter needed to be cleaned causing the air to not cool as quickly as it should.

Awesome location on the beach. Had a couple of small issues that the Rental Manager Janet Jones took immediate action and resolved asap. Will definitely return in the near future.

Unit was a bit dated and a little unkept, but clean and comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with most of the basics and several extras for us to prepare what we wanted during our stay. The view from the balcony was wonderful and so nice to enjoy. We had a great time and would gladly book this unit again.
