Attractive 2 bedroom Gulf Front Mid-Rise Unit decorated in soothing beach colors; relax on the balcony and enjoy the sights and sounds of Gulf-front living; this unit features a fully equipped light and bright kitchen, washer/dryer, dining table with seating for six, the living room has plenty of comfortable seating; the primary bedroom, with its large picture window overlooking the beach and water, has a king bed and an ensuite bath with a glassed-in tile shower; the guest bedroom has a queen bed and also has an ensuite bath with tub/shower combination.
Pinnacle Port is a gated community with its own boat ramp and boat docks leading out to pristine Lake Powell (the State of Florida's largest coastal dune lake), bocce ball, pickle ball, shuffleboard, tennis courts, basketball court, grills on each end of the property and two pools. Pinnacle Port is a short distance to dining and shopping on 30A and at Pier Park. At Pinnacle Port, you have the best of both worlds. Conveniently located 2.4 miles (4 minute drive) from 30A, yet still 8 miles (14 minute drive) to Pier Park! Why pay higher 30A prices when you can stay with us for a fraction of the cost and still enjoy everything the beaches have to offer!

This rental is in a great location. It sits right on the end of the beach so it isn’t as busy. It is also a short drive from 30a. There were a few issues with things being broken and an awful smell coming from the AC occasionally, but it was a fine place overall.

First off, we loved our condo. It had everything in it we needed to make our month stay wonderful. I enjoy cooking and I didn’t need to go buy anything. Furniture was very comfortable, beds also. We had a great view and short walk to beach. Office staff was great.
Unit on 4th floor of C building was fine. Everything is somewhat dated, but fairly well maintained overall. (Bedspreads not washed between uses, yuck); loose towel rack, broken hinge on kitchen cabinet. Very difficult to keep everything in tip top shape, given age and usage.
