This was our 3rd trip to PP and with the same room. We liked the room before the remodel but like it more now. Very nice changes!

I love our room we’ve been renting C3203.
We had one issue the first morning, we were missing the glass container for the coffee pot. I called the office and they dropped off a new coffee maker within 2 hours!!!!

Pinnacle Port is in such a wonderful secluded spot, especially this 'end' C3 building with Camp Helen Park just next door. We really enjoyed our stay in this unit, it is lovely and has everything we needed to do some leisurely cooking, take in the scenery from the balcony and gulf-side bedroom - and sleep very comfortably. Plus nearby there's a wide selection of casual or fine dining, shopping and outdoor fun. Already thinking about our next visit, we'll be back...

Great rental , location and ocean view. We have already booked our fall vacation to the same condo, says it all!

Was a very nice clean, updated rental with a great view. Easy beach access and pool access from our building and the beach was not very busy. Other than rental unit, persons made an easy transition from parking lot to the beach. The biggest downfall worthy guard shack workers who were pretty lazy getting up and allowing any of your guests to come in, let alone writing down correct names. At least the person in charge at the gate cared enough and was able to get things corrected.

This unit has been updated perfectly and was exactly what my family of 4 needed! Right on the beach, clean, plenty of room, and stocked kitchen! We are already planning our next stay!!

We recently spent two weeks in this unit and enjoyed every minute. The condo may not be the fanciest one in Pinnacle Port, but it is very clean and comfortable and has a well-equipped kitchen. The view was amazing - so relaxing! Plus, the condo is close to Camp Helen and Lake Powell - it is the perfect location. I hope we will be able to make it back next October for another two weeks! Thank you for an amazing vacation!

If you love to be unplugged and close to the beach this is a great condo for you. With your basic necessities it was all we needed. The pullout couch was a nice addition for our children to sleep on.

We love Pinnacle Port and go for the beach, in my opinion there isn't a better beach to go to and this is the best located building on the property. I have stayed in this complex at least a dozen times over the last 30 years. This particular room was a little dated, old appliances and furniture, not super clean (we washed the dishes before we used them). Can't beat the location but little updating would be nice.
