Always love staying at Pinnacle Port and this unit was great! Fully stocked kitchen and wonderful sunset views!

We had a really good time there with our family. Everything was taken care of and the condo was neat and clean. Tenia did a great job with our reservation and was there to give us information when we needed.

Always loved Pinnacle Port . However upon arrival on Sat we went to get key out of box and realized we didn’t have the code on any instructions.
Tried several numbers to reach someone and had to return to guard shack .
Only one small roll TT - no iron - bed squeaked -mattress needs replacing - dishes and silverware dirty (have pics) upstairs neighbor noisy due to flooring I’m sure . We overlooked as much as possible and enjoyed rest of vaca except tornado warning ! Again, love this place but needs some updating .

It was really windy during our 3 night stay so we spent more time than usual inside. This unit was really roomy and nicely remodeled so we were comfortable despite the weather. Publix, Winn Dixie, Dunkin doughnuts(coffee run!) located close by. We love that the pool beneath the towers is half inside half outside so you’re protected from the wind and sun. Its the only heated pool I’ve ever been in that’s ACTUALLY warm! Another plus, their cafe on the deck has really great food!! Took the kids to Zoo World, got airbrush T-shirts from Walmart (cheapest place!), had lunch on the deck at Shary’s. Went to Gulf World the next day. Fed stingrays and petted a dolphin. The weather was perfect on check out day. I rented beach chairs from the guys in the super handy info book in the unit. A great price at just $30. We were able go ahead and load the car for checkout but still enjoy the beach, pool, cafe, showers and sauna for the day. Great unit, great trip!!

this was our 10th year renting at Pinnacle Port & it was wonderful. had couple days of rain but that didn't deter us from having a wonderful stay. Security guard had to give us access to our room as the key box was broken and not allowing access to our keys.

This property was satisfactory in almost every way! Clean, comfortable and well equipped. King size bed in the master bedroom would be a plus!

Everything was done by the rental agents. We didn’t need to go over anything. We went to the office and then to the condo. The condo was clean and nicely furnished. We had a great vacation.

We found the unit to be as described and extremely clean and well-maintained. The lighting in the unit was wonderful, and the finishes on the ceilings were beautiful and perfect for a beachfront condo. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and dinnerware, and the appliances were in excellent condition. The washer and dryer were so handy to have in the unit, and enabled us to keep our swimsuits and towels clean and fresh. I would 100% recommend this property. The location is great and the sunsets from the balcony are breathtaking. The pools were well maintained, as were the many other amenities that the property offered. We certainly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return to this unit for a future stay.

We have stayed at Pinnacle Port multiple times over the last 6 or 7 years. The location of the property, itself, is great and the C3 condo building is the best, if you like to be on the gulf. The views out of the windows on the 6th floor were gorgeous and the condo was neat and clean. It's also very upgraded with filtered water and ice in the higher-end fridge, lots of space in the rooms to sit and for storage of your clothes and toiletries. There were also plenty of blankets and extra pillows and sheets and the washer and dryer were nicer than any I've ever seen. There was also a coffee pot AND a Keurig and there was pretty much everything you could think of to use for cooking in the kitchen. There were fans in every room and the shower was a walk-in in the smaller bathroom and there was a sprayer hose in the master bathroom. Also, the couch does not pull out, but it is quite large - plenty large for my 6 foot 3 inch tall nephew to easily stretch out and sleep on for 4 nights! And something else that is so difficult to deal with in other condos is the lighting...normally it's horrible. We've actually learned to travel with extra light bulbs because they generally use very low wattage cheap bulbs in these type of units. The lighting in this condo is fantastic! It's all recessed lighting and they obviously use LED bulbs - plenty, plenty of light in every room and all of the switches worked, too! If you've ever stayed in a condo, you know exactly what I'm talking about. This one rents for a little more than others with the same layout, but I will pay it again and again - it's totally worth it. We will definitely be repeat renters! Well it’s a great place I’ve been a Pinnacle customer for 40yrs. But we had issues on this trip. Half the trip the a/c was broken 75* was the best temp we could get out of it. We were lucky enough to be here the week of the scheduled repair, so it was off all that day but after it was turned back on still 75* best we could get all week then the next day we lost power to the whole building I have to say walking six flights of stairs several times is depressing. But the condo is nicely renovated hopefully next time it will be cooling

Everything in the condo was absolutely gorgeous with new updates on decor. Loved being able to see my daughters wedding put together right outside are condo. C3601 will always have a special place in are hearts. Only down fall was that Pinnacle Ports air conditioners was not fully working properly, but was giving a 25% discount on are overal nightly rates from Pinnacle Port since we booked through there web sight. Thankful the owners had a portable one and two fans to help us keep it tolerable throughout the day. Was much better in the evenings. I would definitely stay here again in the future.❤

It was a beautiful updated condo with the best view! We enjoyed our stay!

Lovely place. We had a great time and the space was exactly perfect. Only issue was the poor reception on the WIFI. Had to go to Streaming on a friends account to watch TV. Hopefully the new WIFI service will be installed when we return Feb 2023.

We have stayed at Pinnacle Port many times over the last 40 years. This was the nicest condo we have ever had. Many updates have been done to this unit. The only problem was the TV was a little difficult to use and continued to freeze up. We solved that by using our own firestick which we brought with us. The Internet worked well.
